The house is situated in the historical area of Ano Poli in Thessaloniki, with breathtaking views of the city and the gulf of Thermaikos.

The existing three-storey house was originally designed 20 years ago to accommodate a family. The new owner needed a home that would suit his current life status, as well as the possibility of a future family.

The project involves the complete renovation of both interior and exterior living spaces.  Natural materials, green spaces, rough textures for the exterior and modern aesthetics for the interiors are some of our key tools.

Our challenge for this project is the handling of natural light, since orientation of the main façade is West, same as the amazing views.

A game of light, shadows and city lights is upon us for this unique project.
